Steph left school with a passion for becoming a nurse but her fear of seeing people hurt changed her mind, she only ever wanted to see people happy, this still today is one of her passions and strong points, She became a Junior Travel agent for then "Lunn Poly", growing her skills and knowledge over many many years. Her career spiralled, working for independent travel agents and large Multiples. Each one gave her more knowledge and skills.

Her aim and passion was to always own her own travel agency, this passion became a reality in 2022, the business began growing at a fast pace, but whilst the business is growing so is her family, She has 3 grown up Son's, a step-daughter and now 4 beautiful grand children. Travelling with her boys was always a priority she made when they were younger; her career was important to her but so was enjoying the different destinations with them, giving them the chance to see so much of the world. She now enjoys spending time with them, seeing their families grow and flourish, whilst she works hard with Everbuds and spends time with, as she says, her children now, 2 chocolate labradors.

Steph wouldn't say she has an area of expertise as she has such a vast knowledge of the world, but she loves to put together itineraries for people who wish to see more than 1 destination whilst away,

She will say one of her favourites destinations is Hong Kong, but has traveled widely including Spain, Greece, Italy, Austria and so much more of Europe, Dubai, the Caribbean, the America's, Cruising and now enjoying many City destination visits. Over the next couple of years her aim is to motorhome with her dogs around Europe.

I was introduced to Steph by one of her existing clients as I was looking to take my young family to Dubai. The deal she got us was impressive but it was the attention to detail, understanding of what we needed with the kids, but also going above and beyond what I would expect of a travel agent during the holidays that really made her stand out. She was always on hand to deal with the little things from check in to speaking to hotel management if needed.
In my role as a Senior Vice President at a leading sports management company, to have a trusted travel agent working with high net worth and famous clients with their families is an important part of the services we offer. Steph evolved to not only doing all my personal travel but she is now very much a part of the team at work.
I have had no hesitation in recommending Steph to family and friends and work connections. They may think they get good service already but it won’t touch what they would get if they used Steph! Thanks for all the hard work and I hope many more people get to enjoy the same treatment.

After spending a few months looking on line and going into travel agents totally overwhelmed with what or where was best a friend recommended everbuds travel.
After having a chat with Steph and choosing to visit Thailand I gave my dates and she worked her magic and found 2 lovely hotels with to my surprise included breakfast.
The flights were direct and I was so happy with the price.
A lot cheaper than what was advertised on other sites on line .
The hotels were fab and family friendly, great locations and flight times were good.
All together the service was brilliant from everbuds.
They were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions too!
