I was introduced to Steph by one of her existing clients as I was looking to take my young family to Dubai. The deal she got us was impressive but it was the attention to detail, understanding of what we needed with the kids, but also going above and beyond what I would expect of a travel agent during the holidays that really made her stand out. After spending a few months looking on line and going into travel agents totally overwhelmed with what or where was best a friend recommended everbuds travel.
After having a chat with Steph and choosing to visit Thailand I gave my dates and she worked her magic and found 2 lovely hotels with to my surprise included breakfast.
The flights were direct and I was so happy with the price.
A lot cheaper than what was advertised on other sites on line .
The hotels were fab and family friendly, great locations and flight times were good.
All together the service was brilliant from everbuds.
They were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions too!

I have used Steph - (and the team at Everbuds) for a few years now and I can’t remember what I used to do before! From booking flights and hotels to car rentals and even recommendations on destinations, there’s no one else I would use for anything travel related. The hotel which was chosen by Stephanie was exceptional- which helped make our trip so enjoyable. Flight schedule was also exceptional as it minimised the amount of time between connecting flights. All I can say is excellent service all round.
