Malta

Malta

With its fantastic climate, boasting around 300 days of sunshine, there's never a bad time to visit Malta. It has mild winters, piercing blue skies and offers numerous athletic activities, including mesmerising dives. Or why not take a boat trip in the Blue Lagoon and Comino, which is a great place for snorkeling and swimming in clear azure waters.

During the war, Malta became the most bombed country in the world. The island’s outstanding WWII history means there are plenty of places to visit to experience Malta’s plight first-hand. Air raid shelters, an aviation museum and war rooms. Whilst here, why not visit the oldest prehistoric underground temple in the world?
