I'm Lauren and I joined Everbuds back in June 2024 .

When I turned 16 years old, I started as an Apprentice at Thomas Cook in Wells. Once fully trained, I worked in many branches across the South West.

At the age of 19, I was involved in an accident, the care I received at Frenchay hospital was incredible, it made me want to work in health care. Once back on my feet I got a job as an Emergency Department receptionist at Bath Royal United Hospital. I worked here for many of years and absolutely loved it. Shift work, nights & commuting took its toll, so I found a job locally with the NHS.

Through all of this, I was booking friends and families holidays, but as a hobby. In 2021, I gave birth to my daughter and decided I wanted to go back into travel, so I joined a home-working travel agency where I stayed for a few years and built up my customer base.

In June 2024, I saw Everbuds Travel opening in the high street. I popped in for a chat with Steph and the rest is history.

I feel so lucky to work here, I look forward to coming to work and watching the business grow each day is incredible. We have the most amazing team, with a vast knowledge of travel.

My passion is arranging holidays for families. I have built a fair amount of tailor-made trips to long haul destinations which I also love.

I was introduced to Steph by one of her existing clients as I was looking to take my young family to Dubai. The deal she got us was impressive but it was the attention to detail, understanding of what we needed with the kids, but also going above and beyond what I would expect of a travel agent during the holidays that really made her stand out. She was always on hand to deal with the little things from check in to speaking to hotel management if needed.
In my role as a Senior Vice President at a leading sports management company, to have a trusted travel agent working with high net worth and famous clients with their families is an important part of the services we offer. Steph evolved to not only doing all my personal travel but she is now very much a part of the team at work.

After spending a few months looking on line and going into travel agents totally overwhelmed with what or where was best a friend recommended everbuds travel.
After having a chat with Steph and choosing to visit Thailand I gave my dates and she worked her magic and found 2 lovely hotels with to my surprise included breakfast.
The flights were direct and I was so happy with the price.
A lot cheaper than what was advertised on other sites on line .
The hotels were fab and family friendly, great locations and flight times were good.
All together the service was brilliant from everbuds.
They were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions too!
